Repair and Reconstruction

Fuel Burner

In fuel injectors, the biggest and most common damage is related to the internal nozzle, which is exposed to severe wear due to the movement of high-pressure fluid. After that, the middle and outer nozzles experience the most destruction. In V94.2 turbines, the parts of the fluid return path are the most damaged after the inner nozzle. The reconstruction of fuel injectors requires the use of special tools and fixtures that adjust and stabilize the position of the parts. Tests are performed on all the remanufactured fuel injectors by Arshaya’s patented device to check the performance of the fuel injectors from the point of view of the spraying method and fluid parameters.
