Start up Valve
In V94.2 turbines, the liquid fuel start-up valve is a very precise and sensitive device that is placed after the liquid fuel screw pump and is responsible for regulating the fuel input to the injectors. This valve operates at pressures higher than 80 bar. Considering the working conditions of turbines in the country and the low quality of fuel used in most power plants, not only the moving parts, but even the fixed parts inside the valve are exposed to the most damage. Due to the high sensitivity of the equipment and its high working accuracy, in most cases the damaged parts and components cannot be restored and the best way is to replace them.
