This triple screw pump model is used to supply hydraulic oil to the control valves of the superheat steam path of very large steam turbines (such as the 440 MW steam turbines of Neka thermal power plant). In each steam turbine, two triple screw pumps with a capacity of 500 liters per minute and a working pressure of 35 bar are simultaneously in the service and the third screw pump is on standby.
The two-piece casing and very high dimensional accuracy along with the special sealing system of this triple screw pump model are its features. By modifying and changing the design and updating the example of IMO company, Arshia fixed its weaknesses. since November 2021the pumps made by Arshia have been in the service without interruption.
