- Triple Screw Pumps
Triple screw pumps are widely used in the industry. Fuel pumping (gasoil, diesel, oil) at high pressures in gas and steam turbines and gasoil supply facilities is one of them. Lubrication and various hydraulic applications, especially pumping turbine bearing oil, shipbuilding and marine industries, chemical and petrochemical processes are another part of the applications of this type of pump.
- Twin Screw Pumps
Double/Twin screw pumps are widely used in all industries. Diesel / fuel oil pumping in gas and steam turbines to the transfer of bitumen and asphalt and thick fluids in all industries, injection of oil tanks, transfer of two-phase fluids, especially crude oil, transfer of various materials in the food industry, are part of the diverse applications of this type of screw pump.
- Gear Pumps
It is the most widely used pump in all industries. The fuel pump of many turbines is gear type. The most sensitive gear pumps are related to power plant fuel with high viscosity. In addition, turbine and generator jacking pumps are vane type and with high pressures.
- Gearbox
In power plant and oil and gas industries, power transmission is done through special gearboxes with high sensitivity and dimensional accuracy. In power plant industries, especially in GE turbines, sensitive consumers with different rotational speeds such as hydraulic pumps or fuel pumps supply their driving power from the auxiliary gearbox. In the oil and gas industries, the need for high rotation speeds for pumps, compressors and turbines is often possible by using special gearboxes. In such a situation, high dimensional accuracy, very high surface smoothness, multi-plane balance of axles and gears, as well as the need to grind the gears with grade 5 or 6 are among the requirements of gearbox production.
- Fuel Burner
The fuel injection process in GE and Siemens turbines is different from each other. In GE turbines, the amount of fuel needed by the injectors (fuel injectors) is adjusted through the servo valve installed on the fuel oil screw pump. But in Siemens turbines, the screw pump pumps the fuel oil and the fuel amount is regulated by controlling the valve installed in the fuel return line from the fuel oil injector / burner.

The fuel oil start-up valve is a sensitive and accurate device that is installed on the fuel skid of V94.2 gas turbine that regulate the stream of fuel oil from screw pump to the burners.
