Fuel Burner
The fuel injection process in GE and Siemens turbines is different from each other. In GE turbines, the amount of fuel needed by the injectors (fuel injectors) is adjusted through the servo valve installed on the fuel oil screw pump. But in Siemens turbines, the screw pump pumps the fuel oil and the fuel amount is regulated by controlling the valve installed in the fuel return line from the fuel oil injector / burner.
In 1391, Arshiya Company designed, calculated and built a device for testing and lining liquid fuel injectors for all types of turbines in the country, and in 1394 succeeded in patenting the said device in Iran's Intellectual Property Department
- Ease of replacing fuel injector parts
- The convenience of sorting of fuel injectors
- Ability to work in different pressures
- Adjusting the amount of fluid return from the fuel injector
- A lot of damage and the need for constant replacement of parts
- High sensitivity to dimensional accuracy
